Steering problem, please help!

whenever i'm in my s14 and i have to turn a hard right, like 90 degrees or more, the steering wheel kind of catches, like it doesn't want to go any further, so i have to turn it pretty hard to get the wheel past the tough spot. i got plenty of power steering fluid, and i'm on stock suspension so i don't think i'm rubbing on anything, but i have yet to check. any ideas?
