Next time I get the chance to look at that Z police car I'm popping the hood & checking!!! I didn't get the chance to that night cuz of the late hour, but I'm pretty sure that I'll get to see the Z police car again sometime soon. The police officer driving the car gave me his business card.

make a citizens arrest. Tell him that his car is not street legal and that you need to see the carb sticker for his turbo or twins.
