Yup the injector O rings. Same thing happened to me when I installed Tomei 740's. One of the smaller lower inj. O rings got pinched when they were pressed in. Caused fuel to dump pass the injector once the fuel rail got primed.
Unbolt the enire fuel rail but leave the injectors connected and plugged in. Turn the key on to prime the fuel rail. The injector with the bad O ring should start leaking. You can also isolate the injector by pulling the plugs to see which ones wet. Make sure to lube up the rings before installing the injectors... and press them down while twisting until they snap in. |

man i have the same problem as you... i got the 600cc injectors from the same place and enthalpy tune ... i put it in last week and the car idles rough and doesnt want stay steady.... and then i shut it down and i can hear the injectors pulse once more.....
if u pull the fuse for the fuel pump and turn on the car and let it idle out and then turn the car back on agian with the fuse back it it should start up for you. i heard alot of people say they think its the lower o-ring but i checked mine and its fine and some other people suggested the heat sensor or somthing and i have no clue what there talking about. i am really pissed off about this and dont know what to do... it seems to be a big problem with people latly and they all have the same setups so it has to be all the same we just havent figured it out yet .... if you figure it out let me know right away b/c it sucks |
