They're 17" with a 40mm offset and will be going on a black S13. The tires have about 70% left on them. They are Konig DTD Glide. Also, how much should I pay for these? I can't find a price on them anywhere.

With a 40mm offset, they better be 14" wide. But seriously, if you have tein tie rods, they'll rub. If not, they'll just look sunken, even if they are 8" wide.

i wouldnt get them just because it has a 40mm offset, whats the width of these wheels? im guessing 7 inches?

put them on your se-r...please dont bastardize an s13 with those wheels...the offsets are horrible

No me gusta. Personally I don't like the way they look. I like the gold but the spokes are a little wide for me. plus they'll rub like everone else said. my 2c.
