S13 drivers seat

EVO drivers seat

S13 seat, side mount

EVO seat, bottom mount

Result after 10hrs of physical work, 4hrs of mental work, $20 of material,
and some cuts on my arm later...voila

It's not totally finished. I need to take a drive and test it. I also need some different seatbelts and need to redo the mounting and it is a lil off-centered to the left, and it does sit a lil higher. Oh well

My guess is: head is gonna hit the roof and the steering wheel is gonna hit your legs unless its all the way up. Where's the pics of the bracket you made?

Sorry guys. Here are the pics of the brackets. Test drive was great over the weekend. Fortunately, I'm a good enough size to where I can fit with the steering wheel and roof clearing and the seatbelt issue. I have about 4inches or so from the top of my hair and the roof. I raised up my steering wheel one notch and it's ok. And I'm ok with the seatbelt being short since they are s14rears...
All in all, the seat is way more comfortable, adds more fun with driving my s, and it's temporary til I buy a pair of recaros or sparcos.

i think hes talking about when you have a helmet on.

I'm 5'6". yeah it would be pretty close to hitting my head if I put on my helmet. I'll do that after I put in a lower sitting seat. But for now

well I wasn't feeling too good with the stock seat. And the only seats that I had avaiiable to use is a pair of evo seats. Now the car feels even better to drive ...hehehe
