Lightbulb Try these

Get the wire diagram (I think it's in the tech section of this website) trace it back to the sensor on the transmission. It might be bad resulting in the car not knowing it's in reverse so the lights don't go on. It's pretty simple to change out but you might not be able to find it anywhere other than the dealer.

Also you can make sure that all the connections to the bulbs are clean, sometimes corrotion can make then stop working. You can also whip out the multimeter or test light and make sure you are getting power back there at the lights when you're in reverse.

It would almost have to be the switch, the power that feeds the reverse lights come from the gauge cluster circuit so if they're working than the circuit to the switch is fine.
They actually don't list that anywhere in the FSM, I found out by replacing a transmission with a lower mileage, although beat up unit, the reverse switch had been crushed and everytime I shifted into reverse the gauges would die. Unplugged the switch, never blew a fuse afterwards.
