injector #1
ok by listining with a screw driver i have determind that the injector for cylinder #1 is now working (not clicking like the other ones) so what tool could i use to see if it is the injector itself or the wireing is bad. i ran the unplug the sparkplug wire test to detrime my problem of rough idle and acceleration was because of cylinder #1 so i am currently running on 3 cylinders help is appreciated thanks.
and i did search didnt find out to much. |

There's no tool to tell if its bad. The wiring you can check with a multi meter (and long wires) from the ecu to the injector. If its an sr i have a few spare 370cc injectors. Yours free if you pick it up. Redwood City 94065.

ok im off to go get a multimeter (my brother needed one anyways for school) hopefully its the injector itself because i hate wireing. Thanks for the offer mike but its the stock sohc form a 89 that was supposidly rebuilt by the owner. im planning on beating this motor to death then maybe ka-t or sr but you know how it is in california with the police and smog
