SR broken studs

dont worry i got the same problem... 2 exhaust manifold studs broken! i bought new ones from the dealer..we are gonna rip it apart tommorow and use a broken screw extractor to take out the studs

I just pulled studs out of four heada a few hours ago. They thread right out with a stud extractor, or if it's damaged badly you can vicegrip it. To the guy who said they're not meant to be taken out, how did they get them in? Think about it sparky.
