Dang, what all do I have to do to fix it? Is it easest to just buy a driveshaft. I'm already getting a front manual one. But I dont really want to have to pay the bucks for the rear too. I'm sort on money as it is. Could a drivershaft shop fix it? If so anyone know how much?
I've been told before that the U-joints are replaceable becuase they're pressed in and you cant get another one back in becuase of the way the factory made them. True? |

They are replaceable, GM has those goo filled ones (nylon) I beleive, but they are still replaceable, how are you doing a 5spd swap yourself when you don't understand what a Universal-Joint is?

My next question is, I really want to get a one piece driveshaft but with the money I have right now doesn't think so. Could I use the front and back driveshaft I have now for a month til I get more money or is it back enough that I should replace it with a one piece right away? |
