You can't. None of the OE bushings are sold separately.
Nismo makes a harder durometer rubber replacement, ES makes a urethane, SPL makes aluminum. Those are your options unless you go with collars. And FYI, collars will work on a car with completely torn apart bushings, the object here is to lock the subframe to the chassis. Bushing condition doesn't matter at that point.

with a torn bushing, it gives the subframe play. even with the whole thing torqued down, the bolt is only holding down the center coller piece. the outside coller of the subframe has play. this is where the clunk comes from.
