An unnoticed scratch has started rusting, what do I do? Its about 1mmx1cm, not a big scratch so I didn't notice it untill it was brown <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I don't know much about body work, but couldn't you sand out the rust (all of the rust) and then put some touch up paint on it? How big is the scratch?

get one of those pencil looking things that's actually got a corse metal tip and is meant to scrape shit out........yeah, one of those. scrape off all rust....do this more than you think is neccessary, and take off a tiny bit of paint on the surrounding area to see if it's rusted underneath yet. prime.....wetsand......paint.....wetsand......buff ......all better
