Are the hyper yellow headlights legal? If so what states are they legal in???

depends on which vehicular code your looking at. Most cops only know of the "only white or yellow lights can be seen from the front of the vehicle" I was running yellow polarg headlight bulbs for awhile when my HIDs when poof, now im running 3000k HID bulbs which are kinda yellow but not as yellow as before. Never had an issue with cops...i think i got harassed more with my old foglights more than anything cuz those had one of those purple running lights with regular H3 bulbs.

standard yellow isn't illegal. They burn at around 3000 like stated above. Lexus has stock yellow fogs and so does the S13 if you have tbp like I do. Neither of which are illegal. The only ones that are illegal and they will mess with you for is the ones that "Ion Gold/Yellow"........they are superbright blinding yellow though....you can tell when you see em.

It really depends where you drive and if the cops care or not..
My friend used to live here and drive his s13 with raybrig driving/fogs in place of stock headlamps..and
accidently ordered the green tinted lenses instead of yellow.. Can you say incredible hulk green with hues of purple at angles..drove around for 1year+ until he moved to cali. Never got pulled over for it..

i got pulled over for having yellow lights for my middle fog lights(silvia front end)..but i did have superbliding ones...i think it depends on if the cop wants to be a bitch about it or not...

i have checked the CHP website and it says that yellow headlights are not legal...

im runing the Luminics yellow oness....they look nice =)

just dont run the yellow lights all the time and you shouldnt have a problem with cops....

Well, I have the yellow ion ones.
Superb bright ones, 80/120
Never stopped by cops.
The funny thing is that tose with blue/superwhite crap ones are always stopped!!

My headlights look like old sealed beams, only brighter, je je !!!

luminics doesnt carry h3c for silvia foglights though

i used the h3 ones and just converted my fogs to h3....theres a write up about it somewhere on zilvia if you wanna do it...it takes less than 10mins
