yeah I've had them since I was a kid too, you just deal with it. There's this stuff called Kanka that helps numb it so you're not constantly in pain when you accidently bite it or eat spicy food, etc.

I only get them when I bite my cheek or some sh1t and we are in the field and hygiene is lacking...whatever you do dont google about chancer sores cause you will be convinced you have cancer aids and all sorts of shit...

So yeah...people are born with it. When I was a kid I once had like 8-10 in my mouth at one time, it was hell. My sis had that case too...so did my dad.

Anyway, I only get one every once in a while now.

I get them in the dry months down here. My mouth gets dry while I sleep and the cheek I sleep on gets abraded. I find that using Listerine after every meal instead of daily helps them heal faster.

i only get canker sores when i dont brush my teeth for a day or something then i bit on my lip and a canker sore will show up...
