I should probably clarify what i meant.

The terrorists over there dress/act like non-combatants during the day, and at night they go out and plant bombs, kidnap people, and try to kill our troops.

The only way to find these idiots is to go into places that our intelegence thinks they might frequent.

This is another case of the news media taking a negative tone on the whole war situation w/out considering reality.
