looks like you're not drinking ENOUGH nyquil if that shit doesnt work... lol. no point in drinking nyquil if you're not drinking 1/4-1/2 of the bottle.

i see ads for sleeping medicine all the time on TV, can't remember the names or anything.

but, do you do a lot of shit in your bed? like watch tv, eat, have sex, read... anything really. if so, stop doing that. use your bed for sleep and only sleep. itll somewhat train your body/mind so when you lay down in bed it knows its supposed to go to sleep because thats what you do there. i'd try doing that before taking any medicine... that is if you fall into the category of doing other shit in your bed.
