Tuning with Safc ll

EDITED for content instead of making a new thread

I know the safc has a ton of features and stuff to tune with, but im not really good at using all of them yet. I was trying to figure out it i could use the safc to "tune out" some little problems...

When i let off the gas, in any gear, so i can coast, the car jerks around and rpms bounce around. Can i tune something so it will keep constant fuel at low throttle? (similiar to the decel settings i have set up for the atmospheric bov) so the car doesnt have a fit when i let off the gas.

Also, today driving around... when you come to a stop, the rpms drop very low (~500) and then bounce back to idle. I just changed the decel/open bov settings earlier, so i havent tested if that fixed it or not.

any help would be appreciated

the rpms dropping down real low could just be caused by to much slack in the throttle cable. mine had the same problems except it would even stall sometimes when i pushed in the clutch and hit the brakes real hard. if i remember right there is some kind of adjusting screw you can just tighten up.

Make sure your timing is set correctly and you can adjust the iacv if your idle is always low. That procedure is in the fsm at www.zeroyon.com Also, your dec air settings should fix that, I know on here or on freshalloy is a procedure to set the dec air settings.

i still have to check on the throttle cable slack... but i tighten up the bov and that really helped with the big drop. The decel air settings dont really seem to do anything though. I also went -4% at idle (1000) and it runs much smoother with that, still some lumpyness though
