And a turbo is pretty emmissions controlling anyway...
The problem you'll come across is the visual inspection (if your state has them). You will fail miserably.

I dont know if you read my post.  But here is is again.  Only the important parts tho...
It really shoulld pass emissions.  The visual, if your state has them, will be a resounding NO.
