I need to pickup some new injectors for my one cam wonder and was wondering what experiance the KA guys have with different brands?

I'm dropping in a temporary motor that has leaky injectors, so I figure I might as well replace them instead of doing the band aid o-ring fix.

Venoms are about $50 a piece, but I've heard that they have some reliability issues. But the overall price of around $220 bucks sounds tempting. Rebuilds, I am not considering at all. Who knows where they came from or how they were rebuild right?

Last option would be some from RC engineering, but it would run me around $370 bucks with shipping.

What would you guys and gals recommend? I am with stock 270cc flow rates since I don't want my car to run rich with the 300+cc flow rates on a N/A motor.

Thanks in advance.

umm.. I wonder if the DOHC injectors will fit? If so, you can probably find some from a junkyard or something..

No, the DOHC injectors will not fit, because they are side feed and SOHC (his motor) is top feed.
RX-7s, and Supras have top feed injectors. Find a place to get some of those. Like a junkyard. Otherwise, its back to stockies.

do the rx7 and supra injectors have the same flow rates? Stock is 270cc.

Yes, you are correct sohc are top feed and are not swappable with dohc.

I am leaning more towards rc engineering since I've heard lots of good stuff about them. Their quality is pretty high.
