i just recently put in a rebuilt soch and have had minor troubleshooting issues. engine is stock xcept for an asp crank pulley. Here is the latest issue:

engine cranked and turned on the first 3 days fine but by the fourth day the engine would hesitate to start. engine cranked and after at least 2 seconds it would turn on. sometimes i crank it once and immediately upon the second crank the car turns on. either way the engine runs fine once it starts. What could cause hard startup like that?

Also i keep getting a 'check engine light' at around 60-65mphish (on the freeway). if i maintain my speed above or below that range of speed, the 'cel' light goes away after a while. Any ideas of what it means before i try to run diagnosis mode on the ecu?
