managed to mangle my s14 lower control arm, tension rod and sway bar link. i have access to a s13 parts car, will any of the following work?

lower control arm
outer tie rod
sway bar link
crossmember

and whats the best way to replace xmember with car on lift? undo motor mounts, support engine, drop xmember rinse and repeat?

Tie rod with end will swap, but it's smaller diameter. Nothing else will unless you like serious positive camber.

will it be driveable? could i use those parts until replacements come in mail?? all but xmember
