KA to SR Radiator Compatibility

The radiator on my twin cam KA just took a dump. I plan on swapping in an
SR20 in the future. So I was thinking of upgrading to a better radiator.

My question is....... do the KA and SR carry the same radiator? Or am I wasting my money by upgrading, only to have the KA radiator not work with the SR.

This is on an S13, with the plans to run a blacktop SR20, if it make a difference.

the upper rad hose is on opposite sides between the two, you could find a hose to go across your engine in the meantime

You would just have to make hosing because the upper radiator hose on the sr connects on the right, ka is on the left.

So basically, the answer is no.
you can just get a stock-sized radiator for like $100. It's not that bad. Upgrade it later for the swap

I seen setups with 2 pieces of hose and a pipe used before. Comes off the rad, straight across the fan shroud and then down to the block. Hose on either end of the pipe of course. It looks like shit honestly because the pipe used will just float in the air.
