start the lug nuts by hand. screw that, just have them do it by hand. If they refuse, forget that shop. only thing the impact wrench should be used is for loosening bolts. half the time, the technicians don't even tighten the lug nuts properly. and torque sticks are not accurate much either. don't want to do it by hand? face the chance of a broken wheel stud. lol

all i know is i've never had this problem

If i were you, I woulda called them and told them to pay for the tow truck to there shop and then have them fix it.. But you played with it, so all legal responsibility is off the shop...
Sorry, forgot to say the ones that were not torqued on were on the left side... the wheel that fell off and the bolts broke were on the right side. They must have torqued the right rear too much and not enough on the left side.

Well thats exactly what i was going to do. The biggest spacer i'll run on them is a 10mm. I also have the open ended muteki lug nuts, but i'm looking for some other ones as well.

is the peak performance same quality liek arp? also is it as cheap as 11.99 for a set of 5 on summit? free shipping too btw? if so, i will probably want it.

the only reason i want extended stud is so that a regular lug remove or crossbar will not do the job for theives. deter more theives from my car.
