Anyhow, imma question & answer this anyway 1st, try just investing in an aftermarket Blow valve, lol. .. .if its a HKS super Sequent. Then look for the valve incerts that are colored gold, or purple, the purple one is what you're looking for, I believe. .. .thats the only real upgrade I know on the market for making a BOV "Louder" theres no real way to make a stock valve louder unless you decrease the valves opening to compress the air coming out, try whistling with tighter lips, you'll get the idea wow, this one takes the cake. to sale yah' car huh?!?!?!
