I called JWT, asking about fuel system upgrades for a turbo KA.  They said that their ECU reprogram is not for 97-98 s14's.  Anyone know why it won't work?  Am I going to have to find a 95 ECU and then pay $600 to have it reprogrammed?  Thanks.

ok i got a 97 but with a 96 ecu

if your car is a 97, check the date it was made, mine was made in 7/96 so i had a 96 ecu, if not you need to get the older style

why? because the emssion control system is different and the wiring harness has different, so u will need to, like i had to do, is change 3 wire pin connectors to different pin holes. if not then the car will run like shit. also JWT cant reprogram the board that is in the 97 and 98.

Thanks for the info.  I checked mine and it was made 11/96.  How can I tell which ECU it has?
