Why? It's a more reliable platform, at least in the US, because you get parts for it and don't have to get stuck waiting for parts to ship. I hate that part about the SR.

Plus sometimes I have insomnia. That's why I'm on so late. Also because I am the most productive at night. Go figure.

in no way would that be cheaper than a standard SR install...look at all the crap you need to get it to fit...

power to money ratio may be similar but still

imagine all that weight...seems like a waste to me imo

The car drops weight going to the LS1, nice try.
Seems like a good idea but if I was LS1 swapping something it'd still have to be the FD RX7.

It was posted in a thread on tqcentral that the LS1 weighs 128 lbs less than the auto KA that was removed..... so no not an issue at all.
