dont drive like an idiot and they wont pull you over
they get lied to a million x a day so dont think you can bs your way out of things
be honest, they appreciate it

I got pulled over for running a yield (WTF?), and argued with him for like 15 minutes because he claimed you need to come to a full stop, till he pretended to get a radio call and bounced.
