need coilovers that are less harsh than megan, HELP!
ok so i have had the megan coilovers on my s14 for several months and have put about 1500 miles on them. maybe im a wimp, but even on the softest dampening setting these are too harsh for my liking. i daily drive the car and the pa/md roads i drive on are less than perfect.
any suggestions on what to get or do? thanks in advance.

I'd just get softer springs. The dampening on those coilovers isn't super stiff, they should ride nice on a low setting with softer coils. Should be pretty cheap too, depending on where you get em.

Also if you lowered it, howd you lower it? Did you lower it by dropping the spring perch or the bottom perch? If you drop it with the spring perch, you changed the shock rebound. Id suggest putting them back up and lower the car using the bottom perch. Youll be low but the your not changing the shocks. Hopfeully that will make a difference. Then set the dampening to bout 25 all around.
