SR Easy Question

On the driver's side of the valve cover there is a "T" port with 2 hoses. One of the hoses goes toward the rear of the engine bay while the other makes a 90 degree turn downward. Where might the 90 degree hose connect to?

That tube is the blow-by? Meaning if I have a catch can, which I do, it would be between that port and the intake?
