OK, first question. I had to replace my driver side relay when i got the car. I pulled one from an altima, later got another 240 one. Ever since then though, I have noticed a *click click* sound periodically in the door. and my window will come down whenever, but if its *click click* off I guess, it won't go back up till it *click click*'s again. WTF is up with that? Oh yeah, one other question. I have to click my lights on to start up my car, was like that when i bought it, was this like a standard albeit odd feature on the s14? thx.

nope, just gremlins in your car, go take it to an electrical specialist....
