holy crap man.
okay... first of all, be prepared to spend LOTS of $. prolly around say, 25Gs to do both cars at least, and I think that's a generous guestimate.

Like NRcooled said, what country you're in makes all the difference in the world for what setup to go with, and what's available to you.

1) when u say s13, u mean, silvia? 240sx? 180sx? 200sx?
s14, u mean 240sx? silvia? or 200sx?

2) building a sil80, for s13 chassis means getting a kit, many places do these... if you're in the US, check with Grumpy at www.mckinneymotorsports.com  he's the man.

3) 4-500whp?!  I'm assuming neither car will be meant for daily driving then?  You're looking at having a fully built engine for KA, and at least some upgraded internals for SR

I think you need to give us more to go on detail-wise for more help to come <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Where can I get the front of a S13 or S14 for cheap. &nbsp; The 2nd ? is, is there anyway to ensure that you get the lights bumper and fenders. &nbsp;I want to build a Sil-eighty and my wife wants to build a S14.

Last ? assuming my HP goal to the wheels is 450-500 what kind of parts would that take and how much would it be. &nbsp;I know things like a bigger turbo, IC, address Fuel delivery needs, probably a remapped or Standalone ECU will be needed but since I've never really messed with anything else but a Honda I'm completely green in this area.

Any comments or opinions would be nice.

He's from the atalnata area (IP address) So he has close access to unstable-hybrids. The only sensible way to get a semi-reliable 500 rwhp would be to swap a rb25det or similar engine IMHO.

400-500 rwhp is not gonna be that easy on a SR..I agree with Yoshi that it will take alot.

If he was to go the HKS route (since HKS products is what I know).

HKS GT Special Full Turbine Kit- GT2835 turbo, "special" Racing Wastegate, DP, stainless manifold.....$4280.00

HKS Type S FMIC w/ AL piping.....$1180.00

HKS FCON-S Fuel controller.....$700.00
HKS FCON-S Harness.....$200

HKS EVC IV Boost Controller.....$648.000

Dyno Tuning (avg $150/hr x 3 hours) must be done by HKS Pro Dealer.....$450.00

HKS Twin Power.....$698.00

HKS Fuel Rail.....$270.00
HKS FPR.....$145.00

OK that's just a start...you still have gauges, maybe cams, maybe cam gears, maybe head gasket, fuel pump, fuel injectors, misc fuel lines, exhaust, turbo timer, downpipe and INSTALLATION!!!!!!!

Not cheap man 400-500 RWHP on any car is expensive
