I havnt posted here in awhile but my two tone bit the dust a couple months back. My brother drove it to its death. Total loss from a collision on the highway. I only got to drive it a few times before its demise. So much money lost. Kind of bitter about getting another one. Lol

The old KA in my two-tone decided to give up on me the other day

At least it gave me the perfect excuse to go out and buy this! Was going to pick up another SR but this motorset was just too clean to pass up and I figured it goes well with the theme I have in mind for the car.

Comments: I imported this Silvia myself from Japan about six years ago. It was entirely original with 70,000 genuine kilometres. The odometer now reads 92,000 kilometres and I am proud to say that only top shelf parts or accessories have been fitted, no fake shit. Whilst the original paint was in good condition I also had it resprayed in the factory colour several years ago, and the optional front bumper, side skirts, and rear pods are fitted. I also collect rare factory options and catalogues, most of which are not fitted to the car.

The attached picture is a couple of years old, the car is slightly different now (have factory option Silvia skirts to replace the 180SX ones).

Thanks guys! I've messed around with pretty much every other Nissan engine so I'm pretty excited to play with something new. I want to use the two-tone as a daily after its painted though so the motors staying pretty much as is. Just going to do the 60K service and put it in with a new wsp harness and it should be good to go. Should be fun and reasonably reliable which is all I'm really after.
