ACTUALLY I HAVE A STORY!

Last year I was riding my bike home from work. I was coming to a light, I turned around me to see if there was any cop's (what I usually do)
as I turn forward some scrapper (ghetto car) with 3 black guys cut in front of me they splitting 2 lanes like a madman. I panic'd, and slammed the brakes. (because if I didn't I would have hit them going about 25) so I fly over my handlebars and go down hard on the road. I just had my helmet and no gear.Stupid me. I do a few rolls and stand up fast...and realize I'm going to pass out...I catch myself and run back to my bike hurting like hell. Pick up my bike (heavy as fuck after your injured ) Smash on the freeway to catch those bitches. I turn my backpack forward and pull out my bb gun (for this exact fucking reason) I lane split and catch up to them. I pull in front of them, and unload at least 25 BB's. Thier windshield dropped and I'm sure I nailed them in the face. They slammed on thier brakes and spun out. I smashed home after that.

I wanted to kill them...I hope I took one of their eyes out.

My state is very strict about throwing things at a moving vehicle.

Any person who maliciously shoots at, or maliciously throws any missile at or against, any train or cars on any railroad or other transportation company or any vessel or other watercraft, or any motor vehicle or other vehicles when occupied by one or more persons, whereby the life of any person on such train, car, vessel, or other watercraft, or in such motor vehicle or other vehicle, may be put in peril, is guilty of a Class 4 felony

It doesn't matter if the object you throw is harmless. It's still considered a "missile" under state law. Any object can be a "missile", including spit.

We recently had a case of a woman admitting to a cop that she threw ice cream at a car that cut her off. She got 6 months in jail based on her admission being used as evidence against her.

That stuff is a felony. No joke. I would have called the police and pressed charges against them. They would probably go to jail for at least 1 year.


Also, justifiable homicide = slaying a felon in the commission of a felony. self-defense = preservation of life. So if they're throwing eggs at you = felons committing felonies against your life, can you pull out your concealed gun and shoot them, then plead self-defense/justifiable homicide?

Food for thought.

Moral of the story: don't throw anything at a car when in VA.

i cant tell you how many times ive almost been hit by bikers who dont like to use thier damn bike lane...and ya ive done some bad things and def not posting haha all im going to say is beware bikers who makes me swerve out of the way cause they are in the middle of the damn road!!!!!!

I had my bike leathers on, so eggs have nothing on bug goo.

I wiped it off.

Being egged didn't make me angry, just depressed at the youth of america.

The law as it is written states that the object would have to place the driver's life in peril. Spitting on a car will not do that, throwing ice cream in a drivers face while they need to pay attention could do that. Bottom line you are not going to get convicted of a felony if your actions are not serious enough to warrant it.

every car ive ever owned has had a holster mounted to some part of the interior. i dont ride without gun for the exact reasons stated in this thread. people act like fucking retards. im really jonesing for non lethal rounds (plastic or wax) so i can aim in more painful areas if i want to.

edit: here is my story. 2 rednecks in a camaro scream by at about 60 miles an hour and smack me in the chest with a full 1 litre bottle of barqs root beer. barqs has bite.
