^ Take pictures of your lip to show proof. Adrian's exiting and potential customers need to be reassured. I didn't provide any deposit either and I stayed on top of sending payment when the time came and Adrian fulfilled his end as well.
I purchased his S14 Navan side skirts last year and his communication with me was consistent. The transaction was smooth without any issues.

I got my rear valances. But due to the time it took I have no need for the front lip. I know someone else will buy it. I just want my money back.

i dont want to get involved with anyone else's transactions. if i do speak to him, i'll mention it but i wont require him to answer to me about it. although i'm sure he's heard it from others.
I'm a bit disappointed in the level of conduct here. The lips were made with deposit money. now that the lips are finished, what is the incentive for him to refund the money? by common courtesy, everyone who committed to him should pay the full balance. i will defend the product as it has lived up to my expectations. fitment is great, looks great (subjective), price is great. however, i agree with most and i think i speak for most, in saying communication could have been better. (i've said multiple times that i wouldnt ask for the refund due to my original commitment. even when my patience wore thin) |

Well it took almost a year first off... Secondly I sold my car... lastly I know someone else would love to have it... It would have been awesome to have a little more communication too.

Does anyone know how I can get ahold of him? I have tried PMing, emailing, and even calling his own cellphone with voicemails and I received a reply back in January, but after that communication has been none on his side.

That lip really looks and fits great. This sucks that Adrian isn't following up on any communication. Even on his side skirts thread it's still the same story. I bought his side skirts and I only did one test fit and it's a perfect fit.
Adrian should endorse his two "business projects" to someone that can personally oversee each transaction of all the current and potential customers. I talked to him a while back in 2012 and he was on point with my transaction even attempting to meet me since he was swinging by the SF/Bay Area. He accommodated me very well as a first time customer. .....contact me Adrian and I'll see if I can help you out. I won't put you on blast, but rather would want to get this done. I rather be involved in the solution instead of adding to the problem...of course I'm not disregarding how much your current customers are out-right fed-up to say the least.

Damn hella nice lip. I would be down to buy a lip if this dude is alive.... Seems to me like bad customer service so its hard to want to put money down as well. Business 101, bad customer service = bad publicity.
