So...I didn't know the Achillies 123s' were being sold to general public yet here in states..I was searching for new tires and I just happen to run across this rather unusual price on these tires.

https://www.onlinetires.com/products...252Fs+97w.html

265/35/18, $73.35 a tire...
It must be a typo on their end, because I see them go for $200+ per tire...

Just thought I'd share as I am itching to click on the buy button.

I made the order on the above said tires, the store is out of stock on those tires but the new shipments are coming in. if you want to keep that ridiculous low price, order now and be put on back-order list!

I would actually order some of these and try them out at that price... if only they had them in a 285.

Thanks for posting that.

The 285/30/18's are only a little over $100 for Nankang on that site, so I might order those.

FYI I found this deal through one of the nrr guys:

ROTA P45R3 Wheels (18x12, 5x114.3+20mm, 73 Hub, Flat Black)|Rota Rims|Discount Rota Wheels On Sale

I went to my local discount tire and brought the printout.

They will match the price and give you a $30 rebate if you use your car care 1 card.

I was out the door for $1070 for four wheels, including tax but no shipping charges.

My Achellies 123A/S tires order has been cancelled by the OnlineTires them selves...

Funny how I had to check my Paypal to figure out that it was canceled and didn't get no e-mail from them.

I test fitted the 18x12 +20 p45r3's today:

My frame rails are ~4.5" from the ground in the rear.

Don't mind the shit 50mm overfenders - I was mocking those up also.

And thanks drift_fx for the inspiration to try this size!

The Price itself is good, but they just aren't able to get the tires. I am sad, I was really looking forward to using those tires instead of my shit RE050A's... :/

Whoa this thread is kinda dead

Thinking of switching it up to a meaty tire setup.
Looking at getting some Work CR Kai Ultimate's in 18x9.5 +20 and 18x10.5 +22.
Thinking of running 255/35 on the front and 265/35 on the rear.

I currently am running 18x10 +10 and 18x11+10 with 235/35 and 255/35.
With -2.4 camber up front and -4 in the rear with a mildly aggressive roll\pull.

I hope to be running closer to -1 up front and -2 in the rear without having to roll or pull anymore.
Any thoughts?

265 on a 10.5 should be in the stretched tire thread, that's my thought...

305 on a 10.5 might be worthy of the thread. 335 30 18 on an 11 inch wide wheel would be too.

I look at this thread more as maximum tire per vehicle type... not maximum tire per wheel width. If it's the widest possible tire that can fit under the sheet metal of a car without barely rubbing, then that has to make it "maximum tire fitment", regardless of the wheel width. I'm running a 285 on a 11" that is slightly tucked on OEM S13 sheet metal. There is no way I can go wider... I had to modify the inner wheel well housing and notch the lower control arm just to get it to fit. So when people post their setups in here I take into account three things before I declare their fitment to be "maximum" or not:
  1. Make/model/year of vehicle
  2. Ride height of vehicle
  3. Body mods of vehicle

Looking to put some new tires on the s13 this winter, (atleast the front) 17x8 +35 will a 245/40/17 work? Or will they rub the coil?
