I was going to change my distributor cap and I pulled off that cover that goes over the whole distributor cap and the clips on the side broke off and I cant clip it on anymore..

Heres a picture..

Any idea whats its called or anyone have the product # so i can go to nissan and get another one?

You don't need it. I threw mine away 2 years ago. If you REALLY want one, I'd suggest just going to the local dealership and asking about a Distributor Cover. I doubt it has a more technical name.

After you remove the plug wires/distributor a few times that cover gets to be a pain in the ass.

Better option. The SOHC comes with a rubber cover that snaps on, fits DOHCs fine too. I have one on my car as well as several customers cars, looks great and keeps out moisture a lot better than that silly plastic cover you've got.
