YES ANOTHER STOLEN 240! MY S14 WAS STOLEN TODAY 2/23/06 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:45AM-1230PM in SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA AT THE MESA COLLEGE PARKING LOT!

Holy crap!!!! What's going on around here? What type of anti theft device did you have? Sorry to hear that.. I'll be on the look out for it.
Attention all San Diego 240 owners your ride will be stolen also if you don't have at least two anti theft devices, quick release, battery cut off switch, alarm, starter kill, or just go old school and remove a spark plug wire and one the fuses.

Leaky Injector

This has been getting out of hand lately. I'm in Texas and got my car broken into last week at school, only got away with my toolbox, camera tripod, and some new brake pads that haven't been installed. My friend here in Texas also got his car stripped. 240s are on the list for thieves now-a-days. Keep an eye out guys.

most likely, if a thief steals a car, theyre not gonna drive it around. theyre gonna prolly strip it for parts and sell.
if u have safc or something controling ur fuel, just unclip it and take it with u when u leave ur car, so when they try to start the car up, no safc to lean out injectors... they flood the engine and cant start it. |

this is crazy...a couple of s14 have been stolen here in fl as well...i really guess its the next honda now officially b/c its a target for them lame theives...sorry about the loss and everyone needs some kind of kill switch...

Really sorry to hear about that; you had a clean car! My friend lives in SoCal, and he told me that he places a mannequin on the driver seat fully reclined with a beanie covering the face. It looks like there is someone taking a nap in the car. It's kind of funny, but he has never had any shit happen to his car. It also works for carpool. :-)

i don't live anywhere near san diego, but if they might strip it and sell it for parts you might want to post up some of the parts so we can keep alook out for it on ebay or other sites. might help

Another San Diegan on the lookout. That sucks man. I'm glad I finally got my quick release installed. People tend to look at you funny when you walk with a steering wheel in your hand though.
Also, the reason San Diego is so bad is because its just a skip away from Mexico where they know no one is gonna go look for it. Sam shit just happened to my friend's 300zx.
