What things should i consider when upgrading my s13 suspension for autocrossing, or keeping up with a m3 on a narrow curvy backroad. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>
what kind of sway bars and strut tower bars should i look at?

(already got the AGX and prokit..)

Thanks
-E

</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>heh, it would take A LOT!

I dono what upgrading this stuff would do for your auto-x classing, but I'd say get whiteline adjustable sway bars from pdm-racing.com. &nbsp; And I dono for stb's, get whatever you can afford. &nbsp;I'd say just get cusco or some other top brand and know you've got the best vs getting pilot or obx and wondering if a hundred more per bar would have given you more performance...

With the ProKit you're already running either Street Prepared or Street Touring/Street Tire...any other basic suspension mods won't bump you any higher.
I'd suggest getting a good set of sway bars like DSC said, preferably adjustable.
Get some front/rear tower bars to stiffen the chassis. IMO, in this case a bar is a bar is a bar....buy the $50 Pilot Motorsports bars and be done with it.
Make sure all your suspension bushings are in good shape.
A good set of brake pads couldn't hurt either.
After that, its pretty much up to your driving abilities. Don't expect to do all this to your suspension and all of a sudden be fast....you have to learn how to utilize it to its fullest; learn what adjustments will affect the car's handling characteristics. This only comes with experience and seat time.
Good luck...especially with the M3.

TIRES.

The above recommendations are great and will help immensely, but remember what actually contacts the road <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
