Difference in axle size
I know there is a difference in axle size between the N/A Z32's and the TT in respect to a 5 lug conversion, with the TT's being bigger, however, is the difference obvious during an install? My axles slide into these hubs (sold on ebay as N/A rear Z32 hubs) and allow enough torque to hold the wheels studs while tightening the axle nut, however when the clutch is engaged, they spin in the hubs. Is the difference that miniscule that it wouldnt show up until after the car is together?

if they are significantly larger in size, then why are my hubs so close? I know something is up, but it doesnt make sense that if the 300ZX axles are much bigger, my axle will slide in nice and tight?

It's not a huge difference. Are yours close enough to maybe work? If that's the case, the splines could be ground down within the hub. Either way you've proven they won't work, whatever they are.

![]() This obvious enough? God Im a tard. So anyway I ended up taking the 5 lug hubs off my other S13 and using them for now, meanwhile I'll just buy new ones for the other car, all of this cause I blew a tire on my 4 lug wheels and someone timely enough wanted my old 17's, wow, might as well just changed the tire haha. Thanks everyone, sorry Im such a douche
