Clutch Bad, or Something Else!?

Ok,

My 240 has had more tranny related issues then I have had with any car. Not that I hate my car, but dang!

Anyway, here is the deal. A while back the clutch was always engaged. The car would roll on its own in gear, etc. Well I fixed that, turned out to be a leaking slave cylinder and the clutch pedal was adjusted. Now when this was going on the clutch was fine. No slipping or anything.

Weeks later, reverse goes out. At this time when I get on it hard and shift, the clutch kind of slips, the revs die before they pick back up when I shift. I got some worked out and took the damper box off.

Now my clutch slips bad. As in going up a hill, randomly the revs jump up, car wont accelerate with them, etc. Last night though, no slipping at all not until right when I got home did it act a little slippy. But even flooring it, no slipping.

Any ideas? Is my clutch actually bad? I have not smelt clutch ONCE in the car. I dont do burnouts or beat on it. I might "attempt to drift" a few times a week on a 90 degree corner, but no parking lot spinning tires and hardcore dorifto action.

Should I bleed it again? Adjust pedal? What if oil is getting on the clutch? There is fluid all under my car and on the tranny like it is leaking somewhere, from the motor not tranny, could that make it slip? Also might be a coincidence but it seems to slip more in the day then at night. HELP!!!
