clutch fork stuck or too tight?

I just installed a triple plate clutch on the car. And now the clutch fork is pushed too forward that i cant get the slave cylinder installed. Its like stuck forward and i cant even move it back. Im not sure if its the triple plate clutch or something is wrong? Any help can do. Thanx
