just two simple questions and i got my offset down

I already kno that the center of any wheel width is the 0 offset point.

1. Whats the length that S13s have from the mounting point of a wheel to the perpindicular of the body? ex.

2. Does the mounting point ever change??

to obtain flushness, whatever width the wheel, the redline in the pic will always be the same, the only thing that will change is the backspace of the wheel?
