car is making noise uner boost, when i have windows up, it sounds like the tranny, when windows are down it sounds like coming from engine bay

i checked i/c piping and compressor side of turbo, all look fine, no blown seals, car is not smoking...

its a HKS gt2535 turbo in good condition.

tranny does make noise, i suspect input shaft bearing may be bad, could that cause it to only make noise undr boost (torque load)
