Hmm... well on the dust boot thing.  My neighbor does hardcore rock climbing/4x4ing/mud bogging.  When I was installing my AGX I thought the same way about the boots, but his comment was... "why the hell would you do that?  Last time I had dust boots on my truck it just made moisture stay on the inside of the boot causing premature rusting to happen".  

Now he doesn't use boots on any of his shocks on any of his 3 cars (2 of which see the elements regularly) and has never had a problem.  So I left mine off as well, no probs.  Besides, u never see any other coils with dust boots either <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
