Power steering leak!

I just changed the pressure hose on my '93 and I can't get a good seal on the lower flare fitting. The threads were sealed w/ teflon tape, but it squirts red ATF even at idle. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Are both crush washers present? Without them it will continue to leak.

Both crush washers are on there where the pressure line bolts to the pump.

Are there crush washers for the flare fitting at the other end of the pressure line? I don't have anything on there other than teflon tape.

Hate to bump, but I still haven't sorted this out
Are there any tricks to getting a better seal on a flare fitting?
It appears to be leaking between the flare nut and its hard line, not the threads
