Take out the plastic parts........wipe them down with degreaser (to get rid of Armor All buildup) , then when thats dry....wipe them with lacquer thinner...and then spray paint them with Krylon epoxy spray enamel (black spraypaint).  Make sure you dont let dust settle on the part before you paint it...and make sure you give it a couple coats (let the first coat sit overnight), then paint the next day.  With anything fabric, you could use Krylon Duplicolor black spray dye.  It will take a lot, so buy alot.  Or, you could always goto a junkyard and just pick up used black peices.  The dash will be the biggest pain in the ass....so if I were you I would buy a used dash from a junkyard, fix it up, and then just swap it with the teal as a weekend project.  Otherwise you will have to take out the teal one, spray paint it....let it dry.....spray it again, let that dry...then re install.....all in one weekend...and that sucks.

good luck

-M

If you just want to make it black and not some exotic color, probably better gettin the parts off a wrecked car than trying to paint them.
Just check out the junkyards, might get lucky and you can strip out the whole interior. Should be real quick to get most of it out. Only time consuming parts is the dash, and thts not even really all that bad. Just gotta sarch around for all the screws and it'll pop right out.

Well, I just finished parting out my '95 SE. Sold off almost all my interior pieces. It was teal though.
Maybe someone here on the board has one that they are parting out.
Could also try posting in the classified on 240sx.org
