Hey all -
I'm new to the Nissan world, though I've owned Hondas and VWs in the past. Anyways, my '93 240 has manual windows and door locks, and I want to convert them to power ones, if possible. Does anyone know how to do that? I think I need a new driver's side door anyway, cause it doesn't close real solid anymore (you guys know what it sounds and feels like when a door is getting old) and I want to fix that. So I figure if I'm going to replace the door anyway, why not go power everything? (the whole car needs a paintjob already, so I don't care about that) Anyway, is it possible? I guess I need a place that carries old Nissan stock parts... Thanks a lot, I'm looking foward to enjoying the new car <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=' ![]() |

You'll need the motors, the control pods, and probably door panels. Best bet would be to find a wrecked one and pull it's parts.

Yes converting them both from manual to power is possible. While I'm not too sure about how to do the windows, although I know it can be done since my friend did it to his accord, but for the door locks you just need to get the accuators and stuff. SPAL makes a good set for the conversion. Sometimes they're up for auction on Ebay.

Anyone every use Autoloc? Someone on FA suggested that as being much less of a headache than sourcing the original parts. It would be like $300 for a full autoloc setup with remote entry, though I have no clue how much a junk yard would charge...not that there are any decent ones anywhere near me...
