Turbo Timer Q

I got a Greddy Full Turbo Timer (Black) installed on my SR20DET S14.
I know that there are 3 countdown modes for it.
Theres the (a), (b), and the regular countdown.
So when I shut off the car, the timer SHOULD kick in and begin the countdown.
But lately I've been shutting off my car and the timer just displays OFF, and the car just shuts off. but then sometimes it counts down...
i have no idea whats wrong or are there any adjustments i gotta make on the timer?
PLZ help if anyones familiar with the GReddy turbo timers...

Kind of dumb question but how long and hard do you drive your car when the timer doesn't count down?

haha i actually tried what your question intends to ask. I fully boosted for a good 2 blocks, after i drove to the side streets (took about 30 sec's) and shut off the car, the timer didnt count. but just today I boosted the car hard again for 2 blocks straight, I pulled over RIGHT AWAY and shut off the car, the timer worked...
i have no idea...sometimes works and sometimes dont in the same situations....

I agree with Allen. I had the same problem with my greddy turbo timer. You have to throw the switch on the back, then also I think you have to change a setting with the buttons on the front to match the switch on the back. I think you can get a users manual online to explain it. Its been a while since I installed mine so my memory is a little foggy. found this link for you though!

if the above doesnt solve it, make sure you have a good connection with your parking brake signal.
