not mine fool. someone sent me pictures of their 240SX. he's emailed me a few times and this last time he wrote that ran into the back of a truck and his passengers seat belt worked, but the driver side seatbelts failed. his head hit the window and the engine went through the firewall and smashed his knees. he says his knees need surgery because of this. he wanted me to add a warning on my site about the seat belts of the 240SX.

so i have a question. where can i find the recalls about cars? nissan had a recall about the timing chain and faulty seat belts. the red button of the seat belt can get cracked and keep the seat belt from fully locking. can someone help me find info about this? just want to help out fellow 240SX owners so someone doesn't die over a bad seat belt. most 240SX owners are not original owners and did not get a letter from nissan.

and before one of you people say 'what an idiot, he shouldn't have run into the back of the truck', ask yourself, were you there? did you know everything that happened, or the conditions of the road? so lets try not to make comments about that. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>
