rear seat

I will be getting an s13 soon and the seats are well worn out. For the front I will be putting nismo leather racing seats their but what is there to do about the rear seats. I've been trying to search but the screen just keeps going blank.

are u getting those "nismo" seats off ebay? if so, they arent nismo seats. i dont even think nismo makes/made seats. just get s14 seats. they are probably cheaper anyway. are the rears worn out as well? u could always just have an upholstery shop recover the rears in cloth to match the s14 seats if u got them. or they could recover them to match your "nismo" seats. of course thats probably gonna cost you a bit.

Throw the rears away, use some alum sheet metal and make a plate to go from the floor to where the top of the rear seat used to be.

theres no point in taking out the rear seats unless your gonna turn your car into a full on race car because the rear seat weigh next to nothing. they are made outta like 20 guage sheet metal and injected foam. i would just go get your rear seats redone to match whatever you end up having done to the fronts.

I'm not gonna turn it into a race car so I'm to worried about the weight.. I'm just not going to be putting stuff in making it heavier.

dont get the ebay nismo seat . if your low on money find some nice s14 seats, and then take you back seats to some upholstery shop. itll look fine.

I have no back seat I took it out on the off chance that any one got the idea that we should ride in my car. You should consider just leaving it as is.
