alternator plug problem...

ok so i found out a problem with my 240sx s13... my alternator plug is dead.. i found that out with my cousin after hours of trying almost everything .when i swapped his plug from his 240 then my car starts up fine and when i put mine back on no spark.. so my question is can i use any plug (not the 4 plugs that go in the motor) to fire up my car or will i have to get the right 1 for my car... i have a old 92-95 honda civic hatch alternator laying in my garage and i wanted to no if it would be ok to plug in my 240sx and run that plug for today ONLY! someone said something about wattage problems might happen like the plug might carry less or more volts to my alternator and it could short curcuit..

someone please fill me in with information because i need the car to run in about 1hour to go pick up my brother!
